THE ROLE
Insomniac is looking for a Partnership Activation Manager to join the Insomniac Brand Partnership team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sponsorship plans to maximize the value of Partnerships through effective onsite activation and end-to-end customer service. The Partnership Activation Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and sponsors, ensuring seamless execution of sponsorship deliverables and innovate activation initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The Partnership Activation Manager will report to the SVP of Partnerships. This is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage numerous client accounts simultaneously across various Insomniac festival properties.

Lead client communications and act as the Insomniac liaison between the clients and internal departments.

Create and socialize ideas and strategies to make Insomniac event activations and partnerships far-reaching, highly engaging, and thematic with each festival brand.

Develop, manage, and execute all aspects of 360 brand activation plans which can include creative design, footprint development, fabrication, sourcing branded premiums, managing brand ambassadors, set up / tear down, touring activations, etc,

Oversee the day-to-day operations of planning and implementation of internal and external sponsorship partners for onsite logistics pre, during, and post events.

Advance logistics is including but not limited to venue needs, power, labor, travel, trucking, WIFI, décor, rentals, additional on-site brand integrations and promotional materials.

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to oversee and execute all contractual facets of event partnerships are met. Including marketing, PR, content, online, ticketing, and on-site experiences.

Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, vendors, internal stakeholders, and sponsorship partners.

Provide excellent communication with vendors, improve client results, develop event recaps, manage budgets, and stay on timelines.

Travel to events to lead load-in operations for INS sponsorship partners, assist in the build needs, anticipate client needs, problem solve in real-time and always preform impeccable customer service. This role will be on-call during events.

Coordinate with clients, INS and Live Nation operations teams to ensure that all sponsorship assets are fulfilled, and event logistics are met.

Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure expectations are exceeded timely and accurately (Creation of POs, job codes and adding new clients as vendors into our systems etc.)

Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when needed.

All other projects and initiatives as identified by the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
4+ years of experience in live events preferably music festivals.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical for effectively pitching sponsorship opportunities, negotiating deals, and building relationships with clients and partners.

Ability to think strategically and develop creative sponsorship activation ideas that align with clients' objectives and resonate with target audiences.

Ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables with sponsors and vendors to achieve mutually beneficial alignments.

Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering results within budget.

Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and a positive attitude.

Practice extreme ownership and take accountability for the actions of yourself and the team.

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.

Critical thinker with a mindset for solving conflict and challenges in real time.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Asana, Concur, Procurify and Airtable.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines.

Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event locations.

Must be able to work in open concept office space.

Hiring Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD
