Role Overview:

In this role, you will contribute to the success of our team by executing key tasks that support our mission to help more students thrive. You will assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with colleagues to drive positive outcomes. Your efforts will directly support the long-term growth and impact of our organization in the early childhood education sector.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with existing accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities along with renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for client challenges.
  • Analyze account data to uncover growth opportunities and optimize client success.
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients to build trust and deepen partnerships.
  • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction.

Role Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, client relationship management or business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client accounts, including growing revenue and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and drive results within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data analytics, with a willingness to adopt new technologies.

What We Offer:

  • Fair, Competitive Pay:  We ensure equal pay for equal work, using consistent salary bands based on market benchmarks, reviewed annually. Prior salaries, negotiation skills, or fear of conflict don’t influence your pay.
  • Salary Range:  $70,000-$80,000 base, determined by your experience and skills.
  • Comprehensive benefits:  We offer an inclusive benefits package to support your overall well-being. Eligibility depends on your role and employment status.
