The BizLibrary team is looking to add a Partner Success Manager to our Partnerships & Alliances team! This person will play a key role in supporting our current Partners and the Partner Development Managers on the BizLibrary team.
Responsibilities
- Administrative: management of partner reporting and maintaining accuracy of Salesforce
- Enablement: maintain partner enablement collateral, provide live partner education sessions
- Communications: oversee partner email campaigns, maintain monthly admin communication, educate partners on content/product updates
- Tier 1 Partner Support: monitor and triage partner inbox, resolve Tier 1 directly and manage Tier 2 cases to conclusion
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, account management, or a related field
- Experience working with partners, resellers, or alliances in a SaaS or technology-driven environment preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze reports and maintain data accuracy in CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and proactive in improving partner engagement and enablement
- Ability to present live educational sessions and communicate complex information clearly
- Team player with a customer-first mindset and a passion for building strong relationships
