About the Role: 

We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. You will oversee a portfolio of health system, patient engagement and pharma partner accounts. You will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions. 

In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Sales) to improve the overall customer experience. If you are skilled at account management, understand consumer behavior, and excel in meeting sales goals, we’d like to meet you. Please note, the preferred locations for this role are in Research Triangle, NC, Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, or Nashville, Tennessee.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a portfolio of health system, patient engagement and pharma partner accounts

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer accounts

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Ensure successful implementation of contracts to maximize profits

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders

  • Present goals, data against those goals and formulate action plans with the account to successfully implement those action plans

  • Drive implementation of revenue with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet quotas

  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly volume and revenue results). 

  • Prepare reports on account status and performance.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory. 

  • Address challenging client requests or escalations as needed

  • Convey client and market feedback to senior management to enlighten new product opportunities and feature development 

  • Ensure customers are informed of product updates and feature releases

Qualifications: 

  • Education: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field 

  • Experience: 

    • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role with customer retention or growth goals 

    • Experience managing enterprise-level accounts

    • Has worked for or sold into health systems

  • Skills: 

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 

    • Expertise with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite

    • Demonstrated ability to achieve account growth goals and build strategic partnerships

    • Proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts while maintaining attention to detail
