THE ROLE


You will lead partner-facing optimization projects to enhance operational KPIs, driving meaningful improvements across the entire end-to-end journey for both Farfetch partners and end customers. The role involves identifying and analyzing operational issues, designing and implementing data-driven solutions, and working closely with partners and internal teams to drive improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead partner-facing projects, oriented to improve partner operational KPIs,  with a focus on catalogue management, fulfilment and returns operations;
  • Identify main pain points impacting partner operations and structurally define their root causes, based on analytical deep dives, processes knowledge and on-site visits;
  • Identify opportunities to tackle partner pain points and quantify them;
  • Design tailored action plans aligned with partners expectations, and prioritise initiatives by impact and effort;
  • Lead action plans implementation, be able to influence partner adoption and manage all internal dependencies;
  • Develop a deep knowledge of internal and partner operations processes, and provide analytical based recommendations to improve partners operations.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas verbally and through written presentations;
  • A professional with advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Experienced in a B2B environment;
  • Knowledge of logistics, cross-country shipments and warehouses processes;
  • Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously and take ownership using data to drive decision-making;
  • Fluent in English (C level);
  • Driven for process optimization, organisation and planning;
  • Experienced in and knowledgeable of E-commerce and luxury retail is a plus;
  • Used to build and work with data visualisation tools (e.g.: Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
