Position Summary/Objective 

The Partner Marketing Sr. Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that jointly bring to market specific offerings in tandem with our ecosystem of alliances partners, to promote our products and services.  The individual in this role will create marketing strategies, executed by programs they will manage, and coordinate campaigns with cross-functional internal and cross-ecosystem marketing teams and managers.  They will measure and analyze performance to optimize marketing strategiesSuccess is reflected by the ability to impact sales growth and revenue enhancement.  This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Revenue Marketing. 

Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities  

Set the marketing vision and build marketing strategies for all Alliance partnerships, inclusive of Workday, advisory and deployment partners, as well as technology partners 

  • Collaborate with sales and core marketing teams ensuring buy-in 

  • Communicate with all stakeholders on progress, delivery, and results 

  • Ensure strategies and messaging align with overall brand and corporate marketing strategy and messaging 

  • Manage budget and goals for all programs, ensuring measurable ROI 

Lead strategy and execution of Alliance marketing plans, delivered by the cross-functional team of internal OSV marketers, as well as partner marketing teams, aligned to shared goals and objectives.  

  • Provide clear briefs and insight on the target audience, objectives, and tactics 

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain content and messaging for Channel Partner programs, enablement, and training 

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy of content related to existing and new services/products related to functionalities and capabilities 

  • Collaborate with RevOps to ensure consistency and compliance related to pricing and sales-related processes 

  • Develop content and training (i.e., collateral, pitchbooks, web and digital formats) to articulate unique strategy capabilities and competitive differentiators 

  • Leverage buyer personas to develop targeted messaging with channel partner 

  • Conduct regular cross-functional reviews of materials, including asset utilization and performance, to ensure compelling and up-to-date messaging articulated across material 

  • Develop and deliver strategies, that are aligned with commercial goals and competitively position OSV’s products, services, and solutions 

  • Evaluate impact and share results and insights with core stakeholders 

  • Continuously evolve and improve strategies/plans 

  • Refine and optimize campaign strategy and plans to optimize ROI 

  • Coordinate across the broader OSV marketing team to drive impactful programs in concert with the OSV-owned campaign and event calendar. 

  • Partner with Alliances Growth team to ensure strong ROI on programs, including budgeting, sponsorship strategy, and business impact. 

  • Partner with RevOps to ensure requirements for CRM (Salesforce) are met and that operational best practices for efficient lead management and reporting requirements are utilized. 

  • Evaluate channel marketing activity, sharing insights and recommendations for continual improvement 

  • Establish a reporting framework against agreed KPIs and analyze return on investment

Supervisory Responsibility  

At the current scope, this role does not include direct supervisory responsibility but may expand to include such, based on business needs and performance. 

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or directly related experience required 

  • 6+ years of channel partner marketing experience 

  • Strong planning and project management skills, with proven ability to oversee complex projects from ideation to execution 

  • Exceptional collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams 

  • Strong sense of ownership, work ethic, and self-motivation 

  • Experience in these additional marketing areas: Demand generation, email marketing, social media, and branding 

  • Ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines 

  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS or BPaaS sales teams
