Meet Your Team: Supply Growth Team
Launch new clients. Manage accounts. Maximize revenue. Drive product growth. adjoe’s Supply Growth team helps app publishers optimize revenue and deliver highly engaging ad experiences.
You’re always asking: What does the client need to successfully use our solution? How can we improve the user engagement funnel? Where can new ad placements drive success? What technical enhancements will boost revenue? With expertise in both traditional and technical account management, this team shapes our product and its impact on publisher success.
What you will do?
- Oversee Onboarding & Integration: Manage new app publishers, guiding them through successful integration and adoption of adjoe solutions. You will take the account from a signed contract to generating stable revenue.
- Client Education: Educate clients on best practices, product features, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success.
- Serve as Primary Contact: Act as the main liaison for clients post-contract, coordinating with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to address technical needs and prevent fraud.
- Build Strong Relationships: Collaborate daily with app publishers in onboarding and our Sales and Account Managers to ensure client success from the start.
- Analyze & Optimize Performance: Monitor and analyze KPIs, taking proactive steps to enhance client outcomes.
- Reporting & Reviews: Prepare reports, presentations, and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for high-value clients.
Who you are:
- 3–5 years experience in Technical Account Management, Implementation, or Client Onboarding.
- You have client-facing experience and can work with both smaller app companies and large enterprise accounts.
- Experience supporting clients through API or SDK integrations.
- Understanding adtech KPIs (CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR) and ability to optimize performance.
- Strong communication skills (English, German and other languages being a plus)
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts or explain product features and data to clients and relevant stakeholders.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in cross-functional teamwork.
- You have a growth mindset with a revenue-driven, proactive, and results-oriented attitude to finding solutions for our clients.
