What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead the management of large enterprise opportunities through a growing partner network.

  • Drive Partnership Success: Play a key role in managing the reporting of key enterprise deals within the global partnerships business.

  • Map and Manage Global Enterprises: Strategically map large enterprise and multinational deals, guiding partners through complex sales cycles.

  • Be the Video Solutions Expert: Support our partners in selling video solutions and establish yourself as the go-to video technology expert within our partner network.

  • Incentivize Growth: Develop and manage programs that drive partner engagement and boost video sales.

  • Lead International Projects: Manage multiple high-impact deals that bleed into other territories, with an opportunity to travel to those clients.

  • Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams to deliver innovative client projects and ensure seamless enterprise deal implementations.

  • Build the Future: Join us as the first US employee for the Partner Enterprise Team

What You'll Need:

  • 5-8 Years of Enterprise Sales Experience working in a SaaS and or Video Telematics industry: Proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise opportunities.

  • Success in Exceeding Targets: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.

  • Global Partnership Expertise: Experience in supporting and developing relationships with Global Partners, particularly within the enterprise software space.

  • Channel & Partner Sales Experience: Previous experience in partner and channel sales is highly desirable.

  • Language Skills: Spanish proficiency is a plus.

  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$107,000.00 - $135,000.00
