Junior Partner Development Specialist (f/m/d)

Purpose of Position

The Partner Development Specialist is an important role within the Partner Development team, dedicated to ensuring Awin publishers achieve their desired outcomes while using an Awin product and/or service.

Partner Development serves as the liaison between the network and the publishers. The Partner Development Specialist is dedicated to enhancing these partnerships by offering optimization recommendations and ensuring that publishers are utilizing all of Awin’s latest tools and technologies.

As a Partner Development Specialist, you will provide day-to-day support and assistance to Awin publishers. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant difference to the growth of Awin in the US and to become a key member of this dynamic company.

Key Tasks

• Acting as a point of contact for mid-tail publishers and providing interface training, guidance, gap analyses, and other growth opportunities
• Taking a proactive approach in solving issues with publishers, escalating issues to the appropriate team level when necessary
• Working closely with the partner acquisition team to assist with newly onboarded publishers
• Working closely with the senior partner development members to assist with their managed accounts
• Providing advertiser management teams with publisher insights, recommendations, and updates when needed
• Assisting with the creation and maintenance of publisher lists, catalogs, and reporting
• Communicating effectively with advertisers, publishers and internal teams via email, and phone

Skills & Expertise

• 1 year+ of experience in the digital performance marketing industry
• Experience with Tableau, SimilarWeb, and Microsoft Power BI is a plus
• Strong knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Ability to be flexible and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
