The role

The Partner Acquisition Manager for the UK & Ireland will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and winning new partnerships that drive growth and enhance market presence. This proactive role will help shape the UKI Partner Acquisition Strategy to support a Sales-led approach. The role involves balancing acquiring high-volume, good-fit partners with larger strategic targets, fostering collaboration with our GTM function in addition to feeding into a playbook for partner acquisition. As a key role within the UKI Group, this individual will work closely with the sales organisation to facilitate the acquisition of new partners and streamline the transition between acquisition and management.

Salary range - £64,000 - £96,000 + 50% OTE

Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
