As a Clinical Program Specialist for Spring Health, you will assist in coordinating the logistics for training and programming, deliver benefits overviews, ensure quality member experience, assist in data collection and analysis, and assist with meeting with customers to develop training and programming events. This is a part-time position on our team, reporting to the Senior Clinical Program Manager. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel required (generally 2-3 times per year) for team meetings.
For this role, the schedule will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9AM - 4PM EST.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist to coordinate logistics such as creating virtual events platforms, finding clinical providers, ensuring materials(including google slide decks, PowerPoints, digital event flyers, post event surveys and more) are prepared, tracking reporting and evaluation metrics
- Deliver benefits overviews to customers during live events
- Produce clinical training and events, including managing Zoom/other platform needs, assisting with crisis response, managing interactions such as chat/polls, and troubleshooting any technical issues
- Assist to plan and coordinate training and programming
- Communicate and plan events with customers, internal stakeholders and members
- Ensure we are measuring training and program effectiveness
What success looks like in this role:
- Optimize efficiency for meeting customer needs related to Clinical Programming and Training
- Maintain customer satisfaction with trainings/programming as measured by average Kirkpatrick level 1 scores above 4.5 out of 5.0.
What we expect from you:
- Professional interactions with customers and members
- Experience and understanding of event planning including virtual and in person
- Must have strong project management, time management, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication and program management skills.
- You have complete knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, and additional events platforms as needed
- Understanding of data tracking and analysis
- You are flexible and able to problem solve on your feet
- General knowledge and understanding of mental health is a plus
- Understanding of Adult Learning needs a plus
- Understanding of SFDC or project management software a plus
The target base salary range for this position is $32.05 - $39.62. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
