Company Description
The Paralegal will focus primarily on first level legal support under the supervision of Senior Legal Counsel. Specifically, the Paralegal will manage Red Bull’s legal intake process, maintain Red Bull’s contract templates and client-facing legal resources, ensure compliance with Red Bull’s contracting procedures, and provide actionable guidance to the business. Additionally, the Paralegal will perform contract management, which will include reviewing, drafting, and advising client teams on routine commercial agreements for all areas of the business.
Job Description
Legal Intake/First Level Support
Manage Red Bull’s legal intake process (including the “Legal Inbox”) by providing initial assessment of incoming legal inquiries and contracts submitted for legal review, and addressing or redirecting as appropriate.
Provide first level legal support to client teams with practicable direction across a broad range of transactional matters.
Assist clients with locating and properly completing templates and utilizing legal resources and support.
Oversee and enforce the Legal Department’s “Service Level Guidelines” and Red Bull’s contract signature and approval policies.
Requires daily interfacing with various client teams and members of the Legal Department at all levels.
Contract and Legal Matter Management
Review, draft, and manage routine transactional agreements, including vendor services, NDAs, venue rentals, event production, and hospitality, in coordination with applicable Legal Department team members.
Support attorneys with preparing amendments, extensions, and other routine legal documents.
Draft legal memos analyzing risk and other legal issues for the company, and manage contract approval process.
Coordinate with outside counsel to handle contests/sweepstakes, and matters related to immigration such as travel letters and visa petitions.
Legal Department + Operational Support
Create, update and manage contract templates and other commonly used forms (e.g. memos, extension letters, terms sheets, etc.), as well as business-facing self service tools.
Participate in legal trainings/on-boardings, and assist with preparation and maintenance of training materials.
Participate in ongoing assessment of Red Bull’s legal intake process and first level support practices to identify efficiencies and optimize functionality.
Support matter management, record keeping, and other operational functions for the Legal Department.
Support other projects and initiatives as assigned by Senior Legal Counsel.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certificate preferred.
Experience as a contract administrator, paralegal, legal administrative assistant, or similar in corporate or transactional law with direct client interfacing.
Experience with contract management, including preparation, drafting, and review, requiring strong analytical skills.
Ability to update and maintain databases to track matter management, deadlines, correspondence, agreements, and other legal records.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent judgment and the ability to solve problems pragmatically.
Solution-oriented.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $64,080 - $96,120 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
