Job Description Summary:
•To contribute with commercial team to have best quality in Customer/Consumer engagement to support profitable growth agenda with wide range experience in Consumer marketing with full integration among Digital/TV , Trade, Sales & Consumer marketing on Top of Rx Classical marketing competencies.
•Direct responsibility of marketing role of Key OTC/OTX Brands, by developing the overall marketing plan , priorities and drive brand performance supporting the sales teams and the other channels to drive performance and achieve the brand plans.

Major accountabilities:
This role offers the opportunity to develop & shape OTC/OTX marketing platform at Sandoz, bringing together strategic thinking and operational execution. Main responsibilities are:
- Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of Brand Tactical & Annual plans to ensure the growth of the brand(s) better than Competition Gaining Market Share.
- Study medical and marketing information on products to define their benefits, market share, positioning relatively to target groups of competitors, marketing promotion strategy in accordance to defined target groups.
- Study the socio-demographic characteristics of consumers, their needs, criteria and attitudes consumption patterns of strategic products.
- Identify the most effective market segments to promote products, the most promising target
- Plan product promotion tactics, develop the scheme, forms, methods, and Digital promotion (action plan, media plan), to implement the terms of the financial discipline in accordance with budget.
- Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
- Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results. (Internal & External KPIs)
- Identifies area market insights and opportunity via customer interactions & KOL visits.
- Collaborate with Marketing, sales, Com Ex and Medical teams to maximize activities:
- Scout centers, KOLs by disease within assigned territory
- Identify specific needs for each segment of patients and the implications of the disease for each of them within assigned territory
- Prepares content of Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams.
- Prioritize resources and activities towards the excellence and establish the appropriate processes and KPIs to execute and track, reporting progress and insights regularly to key stakeholders involved.
- Support with high quality timely marketing input from the market and implement tactical plans / projects in order to maximize the value of the brand(s) through life cycle management & New Future Launches.
- Plan the supply and demand for products within the area of responsibility, create cycle plans, implementation, and forecasts turnover (yearly marketing plan, rolling forecast, monthly secondary sales plan).
- Ensure the long-term presence of products portfolio at pharmaceutical market accordance with the strategic goals
- Develop and organize events, create planned level of distribution and systematic implementation of new products.
- Support Head of Marketing in building the annual budget and in management of the monthly financial forecasting of total investments
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharma or medical background for therapy areas awareness.
- 5 years of marketing experience, including 3 years focused on consumer marketing.
- Strong Consumer Marketing capabilities / experience OTC is a must with proven records in deliverables.
- Above the line ( ATL ) competencies & understanding as : Digital , Social media , TV & Airing.
- Below the line ( BTL ) competencies & understanding as : Trade, in-store activities & on-ground consumer activities.
- Master of business administration (MBA) is preferable.
- Perfect planning, prioritization and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
