Job Description
Objective of the role
Expanding our power and gas related activities in BiH.
Essential responsibilities
- Support local company establishment and coordination with stakeholders
- Handle correspondence, contract registration and document management
- Identifying power and gas wholesale opportunities in the BiH
- Originating and executing power and gas transactions in the wholesale market, making pricing strategies & forecasts, handle internal reporting as well as relationships with clients & other stakeholders
- Monitor and manage risk exposure, including credit and market risk
- Generate renewable energy projects and opportunities
- Develop systems, reports, and models to facilitate decision-making
- Support company’s expansion strategy and market set-up
Qualifications
Requirements
- University degree in business/economics/engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in power and/or gas sector within BiH and/or the West Balkan region
- Expertise in managing wholesale electricity and gas market operations and deal origination, with understanding of energy market fundamentals
- Fluent in both Serbian and English
- Knowledge of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) is a plus
