We are looking for an Order Operations Specialist to join our Finance team!

Responsibilities:
· Review and process customer quotes in Salesforce, serving as the first-level approver for discount thresholds and ensuring accuracy and policy alignment.
· Collaborate with Sales to provide feedback on pricing, discounting, and quote structure to ensure clean handoff for order processing.
· Accurately enter and book customer orders, ensuring all required documentation and system information is complete and compliant.
· Coordinate with Fulfillment, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
· Monitor order queues and proactively resolve booking issues or discrepancies.
· Maintain a strong understanding of product configurations, pricing policies, and deal structures to support efficient quote-to-order execution.
· Identify and support process improvement initiatives across both quote and order workflows.
· Ensure adherence to internal controls, approval policies, and customer satisfaction goals.
We are looking for:
· Post-secondary education at the Bachelor’s Degree or College diploma level.
· 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
· Analytical mindset with a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
· Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups).
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Clear and professional communication skills, especially in cross-functional collaboration.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience using Salesforce or CPQ tools is an asset.
· Experience in the software industry is preferred but not required.
