We are now looking for an Order Management Intern, Finnish Speaker to join our team at UPM Business HUB in Wrocław, Poland.

Hi! We welcome you to join the enthusiastic Order Management Team in Wrocław. In this role, you will handle order fulfillment tasks with full responsibility for delivering on promises both internally and externally. You will be part of a diverse team of professionals driving UPM Communication Paper Supply Chain to be a professional and efficient organization. – Marta Załustowicz, Team Leader, Order Management.

What you will do

• Provide supply chain support in the Order Management role

• Ensure the correctness of orders based on new and archived data

• Monitor alerts

• Perform simple system movements

• Ensure timely replies to emails

• Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders

• Support the Order Management Team in ad-hoc cases

Who you are

• You are a student or have a relevant university degree or basic experience in customer service or order processing

• You are willing to learn UPM culture, processes, and organization

• You are willing to work with Salesforce and learn SAP functionalities; knowledge of Order Fulfillment and Order Management tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, GMES) would be beneficial

• You coordinate and communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders

• You are a team-oriented person and good networker

• You provide a solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset

• You have an interest in working in international teams and collaborating  with multiple teams

• You are fluent in Finnish and English

The position is located in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Order Management.

We are offering a contract of mandate.
