Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations and departmental reporting, focusing on incoming orders.
  • Order Processing: Collaborate with the CNS order management team to enter, edit, and expedite purchase orders.
  • Manage Requests: Handle RAD and warehouse change requests.
  • Issue Resolution: Ensure timely resolution of issues, verifying that all concerns are properly addressed and not overlooked.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accuracy and consistency in customer account assignments, new customers, warehouse fulfillment, and model mapping.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Conduct reporting and analysis on open and aged orders, customer pickup requests, credit and billing issues, freight forward requests, lost and missing products, and return/RA monitoring.
  • Task Completion: Ensure all tasks assigned to the 3rd-party team are completed on time and within defined SLAs.
  • Audit Processes: Regularly audit task execution to ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Escalation Management: Act as the escalation point for unresolved issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in workflows and implement improvements using automation, lean practices, or system enhancements.
  • KPI Tracking: Define measurable KPIs, generate and review performance reports, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal departments to address cross-functional challenges and integrate tools and technology.
  • Training & Support: Conduct training sessions, maintain documentation, and establish a feedback loop for continuous improvement.
  • Direct Shipments: Monitor container diversions and ensure smooth redirection to domestic facilities or retailers.


Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with order management systems or ERP / SAP software.
  • Minimum 3 years of functional experience within supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Location and Work Arrangement

  • This is a 5 day in-office position at Englewood Cliffs, NJ

$72,570$106,436 USD
