We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic A CSE Engineer, Projects who will be involved in the most demanding projects. He/she takes over from the CSE Engineer, Solution in the initial start-up meeting, and is accountable for coordination of all engineering work until the project is handed over to maintenance.
What will you do?
Collaboration with sales:
- Responsible for finding the optimal KONE product to meet the customer’s needs for non-standard with Special Engineering requirements.
- Selects the correct product platform on which to make the offer and Ensure the offer is Competitive.
Product planning – Costing:
- Involves Supply Line, installation, maintenance and project management to understand both the materials and the service cost of the product when needed
- Responsible for correct product costings in non-standard cases, both for corporate and local Materials
Product planning – Specs:
- Accountable for detailed, custom product plans for non-standard cases (collaborates with the SL Engineering team when needed)
- Creates product specifications for corporate materials and local materials.
- Performs initial and revised non-standard energy calculations.
- Performs simple traffic analyses.
- When accountable for the overall engineering of the project:
- Accountable for technical site surveys
- Accountable for the technical content of the order between MS 0b and MS 2z
Product planning – Availability and lead times:
- Coordinates product lead times from Supply Line and local sourcing
Product planning – Install ability:
- Ensures that the proposed product can be installed
- Ensures that the cost and work effort impact of installation is part of product plans, especially in non-standard installation situations
Product planning – Maintainability:
- Ensures that the planned proposed product fulfils the customer’s product lifecycle needs
- Identifies possible deviations to standard maintenance methods and ensures that resolutions are found
Product planning – Compliance:
- Ensures that the proposed product fulfils local codes, regulations and safety requirements
- Ensures alignment with environmental regulations
- Ensures that the planned product complies with KONE’s Engineering Policy
Key tasks in the KONE Customer process:
- Provides content for pre-booking reviews (technical product, costs, lead times, risks, and verification of technical content in contracts)
- Executes activities for holistic product planning
Are you the one?

Hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering.

5+ years industrial experience from High Rise engineering,
-
Candidate with minimum 5 years of experience in Elevator Industry and AutoCAD, BIM knowledge

Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and influencing skills in English language skills

Excellent collaboration skills and capability to teamwork with people from different cultural backgrounds.

Capability for analytical thinking and focus on details - distinguishes between important information and irrelevant or minor details.

Ability to work with global colleagues considering different time zones, language competences and differences in working culture.

Excellent technical understanding of elevator, escalator and Advanced People Flow solutions that meet the customer expectations is considered a plus.

Fluent level of English; Arabic language is advantage to have.
