Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Order To Cash Commercial Finance AI Specialist to join our dynamic Order to Cash Team involved in Global initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for the financial process around our new artificial intelligence product going to market. Finance process from order signed to correct balances in P&L ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

As our Order to Cash Commercial Finance AI, you will join our Europe OTC Team but operate Globally. A team where we strongly believe that working hard and having fun are two compatible elements. 

You will be a part of building the new A.I. Team as well as lead the Global A.I. Team. You will be responsible for the operational success of our new A.I. product soon released to Market.

IFS AI is a brand-new product where we now are building automations as well as new processes. In your role, you will manage the whole financial process of A.I. within our bespoke ERP-System.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the AI team in ensuring accurate revenue and cost recognition. 
• Monitor and control automated functionality with regular cost updates. 
• Ensure automated functionality is monitored and controlled with regular standard cost updates. 
• Support AI margin modelling and management.
• Maintain standard costs across all AI processes.
• P&L reporting and management for the AI business stream.
• Support AI supply chain accounting and budgeting.
• Engage in ad-hoc projects and support global OTC members in M&A, new initiatives, and process improvements. 
• Interact with global revenue recognition, FP&A, field finance, and key stakeholders outside of finance.

Qualifications

You have profound knowledge in order processing and strong accounting knowledge (in particular Accounts Receivables and revenue recognition).

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS Applications
• Knowledge in Warehouse Management and Manufacturing is useful but not essential.
• Commercial education with professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in a company in the IT/software industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as a team player
• Organized and systematic with a focus on accomplishing results.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and interpret it globally.
• Strong analytical and business support skills, with a creative solution-oriented mindset. Ability to take your own initiatives.
• English is required; other languages are desirable. 
• Good knowledge of MS Office
