Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager/Lead to oversee and optimize the daily digital retail operations. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to drive growth and operational excellence.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 12+ years of IT operations experience in enterprise ecommerce environments
- Strong experience with Endeca
- 10+ years hands-on experience with Oracle ATG Commerce and Endeca platforms
- Deep understanding of order management systems and retail management systems (RMS)
- Expertise in system integration and API management
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce security, performance optimization, and scalability
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Middleware
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with major ecommerce integrations (payment, shipping, inventory, returns)
- Knowledge of modern ecommerce trends and best practices
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience leading remote and distributed teams
Qualifications
These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
