PURPOSE

The Operations Transformation Project Manager will lead and execute strategic projects aimed at transforming our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes, project management knowledge, and a proven ability to drive change in a complex environment.

RESPONSABILITIES

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Lead and manage supply chain transformation projects from conception through implementation.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Projects progress tracking: monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • For IT driven projects (e.g ERP implementation), represent the affiliates/markets to ensure business interests and requirements are delivered.
  • Develop and present business cases for proposed changes, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment

DATA ANALYSIS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

  • Conduct detailed analysis of current supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT

  • Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management with focus on process improvement, systems and transformation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Project management and change management knowledge / skills are an advantage. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English. German, French and/ or Dutch are an advantage.
  • Travel: approx. 20-30%. Depending on project. (e.g: for BNL focused projects, regular visits to Brussels will be required).
