Partner with the best

As an Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise shop operations in the Production Area of reference, following the directions of the Ops Leader and in line with Planning and Manufacturing Engineering plans, ensuring compliance with HSE, Quality and Integrity standards.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Making sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE), promoting a culture of Perfect Day and Stop Work Authority.
Supporting talks organization on HSE issues, Quality, and improvement initiatives (i.e. Ideas and Concerns).
Verifying the completeness and the correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings) and engage, if necessary, the relevant Support Function.
Collaborating with quality inspections on resolution of Nonconformity.
Making sure that the tools and equipment are available and properly used at each workstation.
Supporting operators activities with expertise and facilitating technical discussion with UTOF and Engineering Department; Support consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition.
Supporting line performance KPIs guarantying line accounting (i.e. DL hours, Inefficiencies, OEE performance, OTD…).

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Engineering
Hold a HSE Training as “Preposto”
Be fluent in Italian, both oral and written
Show high-energy, self-motivation, willing to take on responsibilities across functions and teams boundaries.
Display strong oral and written communication skills.
Be available to work on 3 shifts.
Hold a EU work permit.
