As a Global Front End Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for

Contribute to drive cross commodity and business oriented initiatives to streamline business processes and standards
- Capturing of COQ (Cost of Quality) and VR (Vendor Recovery)
- Drive a supplier strategy governance in order to align expectations and capacity on qualification activities serving deflation projects and cost out activities.
- Suppliers’ Scorecards
- Suppliers’ Capability Matrix
Drive complex suppliers’ related problem solving activities across the sites
Drive improvement initiatives to top offender suppliers on a global scale to reduce the number of disturbances/nonconformances to BH facilities
Manage effective communication between the project execution team (e.g., Buyer, Fulfillment, Project Manager, Project Quality Manager, Project Engineer, etc.) and suppliers, to ensure quality and on-time delivery execution.

Advises Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field.
Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
Leads as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (engineering degree as a matter of preference)
At least 8-10 years of experience, thereof minimum of 2-3 additional years of experience covering Quality Roles. (previous expertise in oil & gas/automotive business as a plus).
Fluent English mandatory
Project Management Qualification records/certifications
Experience with QA/QC tools and problem solving techniques.
Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time).
