JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for driving store revenue through efficient stock management, providing an administrative service to the store management team as well as maintaining and delivering auditable processes within company guidelines.

Main roles and duties

  • Organise and manage the deliveries and reception of stock
  • Implement policy and procedures
  • Managing the day to day running of the stockroom
  • Manage storage space and rotational area
  • Maximising replenishment on the shop floor and product displays whilst working alongside the visual merchandiser
  • Increase productivity within the store by making self-serve more efficient
  • Manage returns and other stock movement in a timely manner
  • Deliver training to the store team on Stock Management Guidelines and maintaining stock room standards
  • Communicate regularly with the Store Manager on the status of product rotation

Our ideal candidate

You will work well under pressure, within strict deadlines and have the ability to priories and adapt quickly to meet the Store operational demands but also support the store team in delivering best in class customer service through stock availability and stockroom efficiency. You will be able to demonstrate strong supervisory capabilities and work effectively independently, but also as part of a team. Your attention to detail and time management (self & others) will be key to delivering optimal operational efficiency and meeting the store financial goals. Importantly, you will have a passion for the Levi’s® brand and love to lead by example, inspiring those around you.
