Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage people managers at Senior -OPS level, Span Control 150-200.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly SLA Performance Management of multiple sites.
  • Calibrate with India/US/PH Partners, RCA & prepping POA.
  • Communicating expectation clearly and setting a timeline for achieving goals.
  • Assigning responsibilities. Accountable for actions and decisions.
  • Developing frontline managers, Weekly, Monthly reviews with internal and external counterparts.
  • Managing Business updates and publishing required dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Any Stream
  • 2-5 years as Deputy Manager/OPS Manager.
  • Experience in Scheduling, Eligibility and Benefits, Authorization verification and creation.
  • Eligibility and front-end experience.
  • Experience of transitioning multiple sites, on-site/off site.
  • High organizational skills
