As the staff of the Managing Director (MD) Office, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the MD, driving operational efficiency and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Have Key responsibilities as below:

Strategic Planning: Assisting in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and long-term goals, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.

Decision-Making Support: Providing data-driven insights and analysis to support executive decision-making, including conducting research and preparing briefing materials.

Special Projects: Handling special assignments and ad hoc projects as directed, often involving sensitive or confidential matters.
-
Communication Liaison: Liaising with global shared services team often involving diverse topics like Taxation, Accounting, Banking, Compliances, Marketing, Sales, to facilitate smooth information flow, speedy follow-ups and closures.

Administrative Support: Providing full administrative support to MD for day-to-day operations and closures. Oversee daily operations and workflow to optimize organizational productivity.

Operational Efficiency: Identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and optimizing resource allocation.

Crisis Management: Assisting in managing crises and unexpected challenges, ensuring that the organization can respond effectively and maintain stability.

Team Culture: Fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Executive Support: Providing comprehensive support to MD and the senior staff, including preparing reports, coordinating high-level meetings, and logistics support.

You have

5+ years of experience in strategic or operational roles, with at least 2 years working in global multinational company.

MBA in Finance/International business or related field.

Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) would be a definite plus but not mandatory. However, willingness to learn about IP and IP industry is must.
