Job Description
Our Operations Manager will lead teams who ensure smooth operations of program and business processes to deliver projects and programs to clients. Breadth of scope ranges from managing people supporting individual programs, entire practices, or the company. Operations roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although operations staff will often have direct client contact.
Manages one or more teams or a small department. Overseas operations teams responsible for tasks and processes including, but not limited to:
- Excellent Coordination and communication skills with remote workforce
- Manage numerous projects, alongside cross functional teams ( IT, Field Staff, Customer service teams)
- Delivery and quality assurance: w/adherence to program guidelines
- Project and/or process management
- Manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments
- Data Management for Program Support, Field Support, & Business - Development Support
Exciting candidates have…
- 8 years retail or customer service experience
- 2+ years people management
- Comfortable traveling in a defined territory
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Comfortable working in various cloud-based systems (Salesforce, SnuggPro, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

$96,000.00 - $144,000.00
