Job Summary: Ingram Micro is #hiringnow for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will be driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow within our organization. This role is crucial in overseeing inbound and outbound operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, excel in time management, and be proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and warehouse automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Inbound and Outbound Management: Oversee all aspects of inbound and outbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Learn and master the WMS, including reading, understanding, and responding to system messages and flags.

Operational Excellence: Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to optimize warehouse operations.

Safety and Quality: Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Data and Root Cause Analysis: Utilize data to conduct root cause analysis, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve operational performance.

Leadership: Demonstrate servant leadership, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Teach and mentor team members in problem-solving and operational excellence.

Time Management: Efficiently manage deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time, with a focus on SIFOT (Safety, Quality, In-Full, On-Time), cost management, and BLA (Budget, Labor, and Assets).

Reporting: Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to executive leadership, providing insights into operational performance and areas for improvement.

Education:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80,400.00 - $136,700.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
