As a result of our dynamic expansion, we are actively searching for a Finance and Accounting Manager. In this role, you will oversee the operational aspects of the finance department and manage client relationships to ensure their business needs are effectively met. You will have the opportunity to enhance your expertise in finance and accounting delivery management and client services, maintaining and expanding client relationships through superior service and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring that all financial operations are executed efficiently and accurately.

- Act as the main management point of contact for all client interactions related to the F&A services, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction

- Lead and manage finance and delivery-related projects, process reengineering, and service enhancements.

- Interact with senior management and clients’ executives, analyzing results to provide insights and support business decisions

- Prepare budgets and forecasts, and manage resources to align with financial targets.

- Identify and mitigate business risks through proactive analysis and strategic planning.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the delivery team to enhance performance and achieve departmental goals.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain robust financial controls within all client projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in delivery management, with significant experience in finance and accounting operations and project management.

- Proven track record in client relationship management and project management.

- Strong operational and financial acumen, able to translate delivery concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to handle stress effectively

- High proficiency in financial software, databases, and the MS Office Suite.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on relationship building.

- Fluency in English.
