Scope:The Operations Manager role is a global position that supports the regional Education Services delivery teams with training registrations, LMS administration, revenue accounting transactions, and acts as a liaison between the content and delivery teams. Assistance with the EMEA SOW process is also included, as appropriate.What you’ll do:Education Services Sales Administration Support (~10%):• Respond to training proposal requests from Blue Yonder Sales Teams to support EMEA opportunities.• Draft standard Education proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Requests (CRs), collaborating with Education Services Leadership for necessary assistance.• Ensure all reviews and approvals, including those for discounts, margins, and changes to standard terms, are completed before handing over to the EMEA Education Delivery Team.• Provide similar sales administration support to the APAC region as needed.Training.BlueYonder.com (LMS) Customer Support and Training Delivery Team Support (~90%):
- Respond to Training Support Inbox inquiries from Internal Blue Yonder Associates, Partners, and Customers regarding Blue Yonder Education Services. Initiates communication with Customers or collaborates with other Blue Yonder teams as appropriate (i.e., Customer Support, Partner Academy, Regional ES Teams).
- Work with Regional Education Delivery Managers and Coordinators to ensure LMS course information is complete and accurate by cross referencing training schedules/Training Delivery Planner (TDP) on SharePoint, with attendee rosters, calendars, and content readiness information.
- Monitor Education Services Operations SharePoint pages to ensure information is
- processed accurately (SOW Library, TU Tracking sheets, etc.)
- Validate Learning Management System (LMS) information, as provided by Regional Education Delivery Managers / Coordinators / Advisors, including but not limited to tasks to:
- Add/Modify Customer Divisions for New User Account Requests and SOWs/CRs.
- View/Add/Modify status of existing users.
- Add/Modify Groups to support Subscriptions, Access, Pricing, etc.
- Adjust Availability and Pricing for learning objects (LO) based on SOW information.
- Facilitate exam changes (add/delete/reset Attempts) based on Customer situation.
- Create/Modify Events & Sessions as needed.
- Setup Track Training Unit (TU) Assignments and accompanying TU Tracking on SharePoint.
- Redeem TU based on Customer SOW regional pricing and session parameters.
- Modify customer registrations based on changes, as appropriate.
- Create New TU Distributions/Modify Existing/Process Refunds as customer changes arise.
- Add/Modify Instructor resources to sessions to support training delivery needs.
- Provide support for Education Architects / Instructors, Regional Education Delivery Managers / Coordinators / Advisors as well as Leadership Team as business needs arise.
- Function as liaison amongst the Education Services stakeholders to support public class schedule.
- Maintain Education Services process documentation, exercising Continuous Process Improvement.
- Provide support to other Blue Yonder teams in building customer communication plans from LMS from past training history/transcripts and leveraging customer relationships for Webinars and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Support Learning Object (LO) changes in the LMS as requested by content team.
- Provide support for any existing programs or new opportunities, as available time allows.
Additional Responsibilities 3-6 months in role:
- Manage InActive users (No access >1 year) at quarter-end.
- Merge Customer accounts as appropriate (change companies - keep training transcript).
- Maintain Custom emails to support Subscriptions, Certification, Badging, Training Delivery.
- Process requests for 30-day subscription trials registrations and manages tracking upon expiration.
- Leverage LMS Reporting to support the greater global ES Teams:
- Standard Reports - Enrollment Summary, Online Training Status, Transcript Status, TU Redemptions.
- Reports 2.0 - Marketing Campaigns, RevRec, Training Consumption, and Ad-hoc as business needs arise.

- Basic Business Finance. Good critical thinking skills.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Applications, especially Excel.
- Blue Yonder software product knowledge.
- Cornerstone (LMS) application experience.
