Dot Net - Lead
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Chennai

Job Shift: 12PM IST - 9PM IST
Job Description for Dot Net Developer:
- At least 12-15 years of experience in developing web applications/products using Microsoft Technology, Specializing in Dotnet Programming .
- Must have experience in guiding and mentoring the team members
- Knowledge of 3rd party framework/tools integrations
- Should have knowledge of JS-based UI frameworks like React or Angular
- Must be proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and RDBMS concepts.
- Knowledge of reporting and BI tools will be a big plus.
- Knowledge of No-SQL such as Mongo DB is a big plus.
- Experience with design patterns and principles.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members. Setting up their goals and evaluating the performance of the team members.
- Knowledge of agile scrum methodology and prior experience working in product development.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Help hire, inspire and motivate team members.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
Technical Skills - Strong experience designing and developing web applications using .NET Core or .NET 5+, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API. Strong programming skills with these technologies.
