What does a Change Management Manager really do? Think of yourself as a gatekeeper and a champion for change making sure all operational adjustments are understood, implemented, monitored, and reported back to clients. We’re always after top-notch talent and not just anyone is qualified for the role. Now, we need your full concentration because it’s time to imagine what it’s like being a Change Management Manager.
Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you will exemplify continuous self-improvement and enforce changes designed to improve your program’s performance and increase client satisfaction. You will tag tree and queue changes, manage tool updates, test and pilot new processes and systems, and consolidate data and information to analyze its impact. You will be in charge of coordinating the changes internally and reporting the progress of the updates back to clients.
Do you have what it takes to be a Change Management Manager?
Requirements:
Definitely someone with at least 2-years of experience in operations, project management, and/or account management roles. Have a Bachelor’s degree. Experience in the BPO sphere? Great! Have something equivalent to these in life experience? That’s okay, too! Any international vendor management experience? Another plus!
We’re also looking for someone with excellent written and oral communication skills. Has both strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to both accuracy and quality; experience in optimizing processes and increasing efficiency. Someone interested in how new technologies and businesses are changing the face of work.
But most of all, someone who is willing to learn how we do things in TaskUs.
