This is a hybrid position out of the Springfield, IL office.

The Operations Analyst works directly with business unit managers and frontline operations teams to drive solutions and/or resolution of business process issues.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Life & Retirement process through the life cycle of a policy/contract.
  • Working knowledge of processing systems and products.
  • Perform monthly quality review checks.
  • Identify root cause and negative performance from quality reviews and/or process overviews.
  • Work directly with business unit managers and frontline operations teams to drive solutions and/or resolution of business process issues.
  • Assist with processing in various Life & Retirement business areas to support business need.
  • Provide support to business areas in SOP development and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years business experience, insurance background preferred
  • LOMA designations (e.g. FLMI, FSRI) preferred

Pay Range:

$22.31 - $32.91/hour

Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
