Job Title: Operations Analyst - Last Mile Specialist
Job Overview: We are looking for an Operations Analyst specializing in Last Mile to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing delivery operations, sorting performance, loading, and driver performance. They will work closely with delivery stations and other partners to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Last Mile operations performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize sorting, loading, and delivery processes.
- Monitor and analyze driver performance.
- Collaborate with stations and partners to implement process improvements.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations to management.
- Participate in the “Command Center” initiative during peak periods.
- Support change management necessary for innovations implemented by the department.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Availability for short-distance travel (QC-ON region).
- Bilingualism
