Principales fonctions et responsabilités:
- Planifier et exécuter la mise en place de nouveaux partenaires EDI ou des améliorations EDI avec les partenaires existants (détaillants & 3PLs)
- Coordonner et effectuer des tests d'intégration approfondis
- Planifier, coordonner et suivre de manière proactive les tâches effectuées en collaboration avec les équipes internes et externes (ventes / RSE, données de base, équipe ERP informatique, détaillants, 3PLs, fournisseurs 3rd party)
- Fournir un suivi de la production des données, une analyse des erreurs et servir de contact client pour les questions sur l'utilisation, les fonctionnalités et les problèmes
- Travailler de manière interfonctionnelle au sein de l'organisation, dans un environnement d'équipe, pour offrir qualité, satisfaction et résolutions aux clients
- Comprendre le mappage des données EDI de divers ensembles de transactions / messages conformément aux spécifications du client / fournisseur
- Créer et maintenir une documentation système efficace
- Participer activement aux programmes d'auto-amélioration, de processus et de formation technologique
- Définir et mettre en œuvre par rapport aux mesures clés de l'EDI (c.-à-d. ASN)
- Prendre en charge d'autres projets d'EDI ou d'opérations de gestion des commandes, sur demande
Attributs et compétences:
- Excellente communication orale et écrite en Français et en Anglais
- Note : La connaissance de la langue anglaise est demandée car nous travaillons avec nos bureaux aux États-Unis
- Capacité de communiquer pour avoir un impact, de communiquer de manière proactive et transparente, d'écouter activement et de parler avec respect
- Doit être motivé et posséder la capacité de travailler en équipe tout en respectant des délais serrés

SharkNinja is looking for a an experienced, motivated, and driven EDI Coordinator to join our growing team. This customer-centric individual will have a blend of EDI messaging, customer support, project management, and technical troubleshooting skills. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external partners in the pursuit of efficient flow of information through EDI transactions. The candidate will be a valuable member of a global team who exceeds customer service standards and brings forward issues and ideas for improvement.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute set up of new EDI partners or EDI enhancements with existing partners (retailers & 3PLs)
- Coordinate and perform in-depth integration testing
- Plan, coordinate, and proactively follow up on tasks done in collaboration with internal and external teams (Sales/CSR, Master data, IT ERP team, Retailers, 3PLs, 3rd party vendors)
- Provide production monitoring of data, error analysis, and serve as customer contact for questions on usage, functionality, and issues
- Work cross-functionally within the organization, in a team environment, to deliver quality, satisfaction, and resolutions to customers
- Understand EDI data mapping of various transaction/message sets in accordance with customer/supplier specifications
- Create and maintain effective system documentation
- Actively participate in self-improvement, process, and technology training programs
- Define and deliver against key EDI metrics (i.e. ASN)
- Take on additional EDI or Order Management Operations projects as requested
Attributes and Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication in French and English
- Note: Knowledge of the English language is required as we work with our offices in the United States
- Ability to communicate for impact, communicating proactively and transparently, listening actively, and speaking respectfully
- Must be self-motivated and possess ability to work in team environment while meeting tight deadlines
- Operate with a strong work ethic and an unrelenting resolve to follow through and meet commitments

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, in Business, IT, or Supply Chain preferred
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or in an EDI coordinator role or similar
- Experience working with major retailers
- Experience with the Dell Boomi platform would be an asset
- Experience with Oracle would be preferred
