Job Description
The role is responsible for data integrity and key responsibilities to move the CT BL technology initiatives forward. The projects assigned will be integral to meeting strategic deadlines set to migrate the BL systems and databases. This role supports the Associate Director of Business License Operations and General Manager through assigned responsibilities and projects.
Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in the closest office within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. Required Job Qualifications (minimum):
- At least 2 years of project management experience driving timely results
- Deep business license industry experience required
- Strong MS Office skills required.
- Knowledge of CT BL systems and processes strongly preferred
- Experience in a matrixed environment with effective strategies to support a plus.
- Travel: Regular Domestic travel – can change per business demand

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborates on data integrity strategy with AD, Business License Operations and GM to build a project plan, define scope of work, prioritize projects, and schedule deliverables.
- Shared drive cleanup which includes reviewing, archiving, purging or saving documents records housed in the Shared Documents L: drive.
- Ensure records compliance by following legal retention guidelines and PCI compliance in document and records evaluation.
- InSys records cleanup to further the database migration of accurate, relevant information. The role will be assigned specific areas of data in InSys to review, update, and delete to minimize storage requirements during the database migration and make sure the business is not dedicating resources to moving or rebuilding unnecessary records/
- Develops detailed data requests to the product team to enable efficient and accurate InSys cleanup.
- Evaluates data integrity patterns to make system development, training and process recommendations that are designed to promote consistent, high-quality systemic data.
- Supports BL technology migration and implementation projects throughout the year as needed by AD and GM
