As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for three critical areas: operational data oversight, process optimization, and driving improvement initiatives. You’ll lead our data analytics team, streamline and optimize operational processes, and execute projects that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and performance.
Responsibilities
Data Oversight & Analytics
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify operational trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, clearly communicating these insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting across the operational function.
- Directly manage and mentor our small ops analytics team.
Process Documentation & Optimization
- Lead comprehensive reviews of existing operational workflows (e.g., driver onboarding, destination configurations, driver quality management, support flows).
- Identify inefficiencies, redundant steps, and potential areas for optimization.
- Document and implement improved processes, ensuring adoption across all relevant teams and markets.
Improvement Execution & Coordination
- Own a pipeline of operational improvement projects aimed at automation, system implementation, and process optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Destination Efficiency, Driver Operations, and Customer Support to deliver impactful solutions.
- Track and measure the impact of delivered projects, reporting clearly on outcomes
- 5+ years in operational excellence, analytics, or process transformation.
- Experienced manager of analysts or operational teams.
- Highly analytical, proficient in BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
- Skilled at driving workflow redesigns and cross-functional project execution.
- Effective communicator; concise, clear, and influential in English.
