The Skilled Operator supports with and executes operational activities/processes, in accordance with established specifications and (quality, safety and environment) guidelines, to achieve the production / operational targets for the assigned area.
The Skilled Operator is the “basic” level of operator role, performing basic operational processes in production. He / she operates equipment and machinery that requires a certain level of proficiency, acquired through training on the job and specialized training.
Knowledge of the use of all materials, equipment and tools is required to perform, and typically this takes time and effort to gain the experience and skills.
The activities are characterized by a large portion of (semi) routine work, which can be performed based on training, experience and (when routine does not suffice) the availability of assistance by Multi-Skilled Operators, Supervisor / Team Leader or others.
Job Description:
Tarefas operacionais:
o Executa atividades/processos operacionais como descarga, carga, transporte, limpeza, etiquetagem, operação de todos os equipamentos, de forma a contribuir para um processo produtivo seguro, eficaz e eficiente.
Tarefas de manutenção e reparo:
o Inspeciona e executa periodicamente pequenas tarefas de manutenção nos equipamentos de produção, sinalizando defeitos e deficiências.
o Se aplicável e apropriado, realiza pequenos trabalhos de reparo
Relatórios:
o Registra dados e informações sobre ordens de produção e atividades nos livros de registro / sistemas apropriados, a fim de ter uma administração completa e uma visão do estado e progresso das ordens de produção
Melhoria contínua:
o Sinaliza desvios nos processos, técnicas e/ou sistemas atuais e sinaliza oportunidades de melhoria com o supervisor, a fim de otimizar e melhorar continuamente os processos, ferramentas e sistemas operacionais (de trabalho).
Segurança e conformidade:
o Trabalha em conformidade com todos os regulamentos e procedimentos relevantes (pessoais e alimentares), ambientais e de qualidade, bem como padrões operacionais
o Promove a conscientização sobre o SHEQ, sinaliza situações potencialmente perigosas e / ou inseguras, toma as medidas apropriadas em caso de situações inseguras iminentes
Boa limpeza:
o Garante que a área de trabalho seja deixada limpa e em condições seguras de trabalho e que não haja situações perigosas. Mantém a aparência da(s) linha(s) de produção, área(s) de trabalho e local de produção
