Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for users of the Unilever site.
- 9h00-17h24.
Skills required:
- French, read, spoken and written
- English, read, spoken and written
- Operating systems: Windows 11
- Office automation: Microsoft Office 365 Suite, OneDrive
- Laptop, Desktop (use and configuration).
- Iphone and Ipad (use and configuration).
- Basic AD management (create Machine account, reset user password)
- Printer: Hardware maintenance level 1 (basic)
- IP telephony: basic knowledge
- Visio system cisco and Application ZOOM , knowledge of these tools would be a plus.
- Reporting tool: ServiceNow.

Diploma and experience:
- BTS/DUT computer maintenance with a minimum of 3 years in a similar activity.
