The One Company Project Manager will drive and execute our multi-year One Company deployment plan by managing the program timeline, deliverable status, and functional coordination. A successful candidate will demonstrate agility and an ability to influence within a matrixed organization.
What You Will Do:
- Lead or support a complex One Company deployment plan, track improvements, and maintain accountability.
- Organize, plan, and communicate project status. Identify risks, issues, and process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with leaders to address organizational barriers.
- Demonstrate operational excellence and leadership. Network with internal/external resources for best practices.
- Partner with service delivery teams to develop a transition and project management strategy.
- Maintain transparent communication with functional leaders.
- Foster inclusiveness and multicultural engagement.

What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience
- Formal project management experience or proven skills, preferably in finance or technical project management or in-depth experience in GBS-like processes and process improvement
- Self-driven, outcomes-oriented performer
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:
- Enterprise Excellence Green Belt trained and certified.
