What you’ll do:
Join the most exposed team within the R&D organization. Be the local point of contact for all the functions within the factory and beyond. Drive product care projects across EMEA and Globally. Constantly improve our products for better consumer satisfaction and manufacturing excellence.
We are looking for a strong team player who will ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing products in terms of cost reduction, quality improvement, and technical support to the factory on short-term product-related challenges.
In detail, you will:

Electronic Engineering
-
Develop electronic projects to strengthen the quality of the manufacture products based on Consumer Driven direction

Bring manufacture products into the best in class cost competitiveness towards material development optimization on electronics

Provide electronic technical support to the factory on short term product related problems, to assist in the reduction of not right first time, quality defects, improve productivity and to process design changes

Coordinate the prototypes build, performance and Lab verifications, tooling and parts quotations, approval of components and finished assemblies

Secure production continuity with relevant risk assessments, decisions and provide technical support for delivery according to Customers demand
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor degree of Technical University in Electronic Engineering systems

Min 3-5 years of professional experience in electronic technical department

Continuous improvement and open minded. You appreciate the privilege of working in an international environment and are respectful of different cultural and people backgrounds

Proactive and Strong performer, ability to work fast and effectively driving a number of x projects

Strong self-motivation, eager to learn and constantly improve, within matrix organization
Where you'll be:
You will be based in our modern factory in Świdnica manufactures various models of free-standing cookers and built-in ovens of such brands as Electrolux, AEG, and Zanussi. We put special emphasis on safety, quality and sustainability. We employ around 850 people, both in operations and factory office.
