What You'll Be Doing

The Onboarding Product Owner will be responsible for leading the development and management of products related to customer onboarding, ensuring these products effectively support key processes such as registration, KYC, and deposits, while providing high-quality localized services.

The objective for user account design is to ensure that the structure and functionality of user accounts meet diverse customer needs, providing a secure and intuitive user experience while supporting compliance and business growth.

Customer Registration and KYC Process Design

  • Develop and oversee the product strategy, roadmap, and iteration plans for customer registration, KYC, and deposits.
  • Design comprehensive user registration and KYC processes to ensure they are intuitive, secure, and efficient.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure KYC processes comply with regulations in various countries.

User Account Design

  • Have extensive experience in user account design, including user accounts, business accounts, fund accounts, and trading accounts, focusing on diverse account structures and product delivery.
  • Design user account products based on multiple countries, licenses, and business types.
  • Design complex account structures based on customer onboarding processes, compliance, and business nature.

Localized Onboarding Services

  • Design localized customer onboarding services based on the needs of different countries and regions.
  • Integrate multiple payment methods to ensure customers can complete deposits smoothly.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and needs in different regions to optimize the onboarding experience.

Services and Features to Assist and Facilitate Customer Onboarding

  • Design and implement features that assist customer onboarding, such as online guidance, FAQs, and customer support systems.
  • Monitor and analyze customer onboarding data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities, enhancing customer conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of product features and address technical challenges.
Requirements

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • At least 5 years of experience as a product manager in the fintech or related industry, preferably in the customer onboarding field.
  • Proven experience in the design and implementation of registration, KYC, payment processes, and user account structures.
  • Successful experience in designing and implementing user account systems, capable of handling challenges related to complex account structures and diverse account types.
  • In-depth understanding of the customer onboarding process, including key steps like registration, KYC, and deposits, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles to optimize the customer journey.
  • Excellent project management skills to oversee the entire product development process from concept to launch.
  • Professional knowledge in user account design, capable of managing complex account structures and diverse account types.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
