What you will be doing

• Coordinate all office related activities, including managing office reception desk, visitor and meeting hosting, taking care of tidiness and order in the office

• Supporting company HR team in all HR related and administrative tasks like recruitment process, onboarding/offboarding of new employees, documentation flow, organizing training and others

• Maintain office procedures

• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories 

• Maintain office supplies inventory

• Maintain document flow and storage system

• Coordinate post office and courier service

• Maintain flow of invoices

• Supporting Office Manager

• Organize events coordinated with Poznań office

What you bring 

• University graduate (BA)

• Ideally similar work experience in an administrative function

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer oriented, trustworthy

• Pro-active attitude, problem solver

• Detailed oriented, scrupulousness

• Knowledge of Polish and English
