The Opportunity
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team during a busy period. In this multifaceted role, you will provide comprehensive support to senior leaders by handling a wide range of office coordination tasks along with overseeing the reception area.
Key responsibilities:

Diary Management: Efficiently manage and maintain schedules for senior leaders, ensuring all appointments and commitments are accurately recorded.

Meeting Room Booking: Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made for successful meetings.

Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for senior leaders and team members.

Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and effectively.
Required Skills and Competencies

Proven experience in reception or office management, with any prior coordination experience being highly valued.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a passion for creating seamless operations.

Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
