Office Assistant

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As an Office Assistant at MKS Instruments, you will partner with all functions to support, execute, and contribute to daily cleric activities. In this role, you will report to the Human Resources Manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:

· Offering support on Office Administration requests;

· Manage internal (MKS) and externals (clients, auditors) visits and protocols;

· Manage transfers for all our visitors;

· Manage the relationship with our vendors on employees transportation services, vending machines;

· In charge of locker rooms management with new hires and existing employees;

· Take care of office supplies and department needs in terms of consumables;

·  Other duties by request in line with overloading and departments priorities.

Skills You Bring:
• Ideally, you should have a University degree (Bachelor).
• Min 3 years of job-related work experience.
• Very good English both written and spoken.
• Excel and Power Point knowledge (+ Outlook package).
Preferred Skills:

· Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand;

· Must be able to exchange accurate information;

· The ability to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer);

· Operates in a professional office environment.
