What will you do at Infobip?

  • Be the Face of Infobip: Perform front desk and receptionist duties, greeting visitors and making them feel welcome.
  • Optimize Office Procedures: Assist our Front Desk Representatives and Facility team in streamlining processes.
  • Stay Organized: Sort and distribute communications promptly, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Keep Records Accurate: Create and update records, maintaining the accuracy and validity of information.
  • Plan and Schedule: Help organize meetings and appointments, keeping our team on track.
  • Manage Supplies: Monitor office supplies and handle any shortages.
  • Solve Problems: Address office-related issues and respond to requests efficiently.
  • Collaborate: Work with other departments to ensure compliance with our policies.
  • Coordinate Guest Arrivals: Assist in managing accommodation availability and coordinating guest arrivals and departures.
  • Build Relationships: Maintain trusting relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Support Events: Help organize and support office events, making them memorable for everyone.


More about you:
 

  • Student Status: You currently have student rights and can work on a student contract for at least 6 months.
  • Education: You possess a high school degree or diploma.
  • Availability: You are available to work full-time (40 hours per week) and can work in shifts.
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language Proficiency: You speak fluently in both English and Croatian.
  • Tech Savvy: You are proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Organized and Adaptable: Your organizational skills are excellent, and you are adaptable to change with a dynamic personality.
  • Detail-Oriented: You pay attention to detail and can prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Team Player: You can interact effectively with all levels of the organization and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus Points: Previous experience working in reception, front office, or as an office assistant is considered an advantage.
