Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator to manage front desk operations, support team activities, and ensure the efficient functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception duties, including answering phone calls, handling courier/mailing services, and maintaining the front desk area.
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally, guide them appropriately, and maintain a visitor log.
  • Assist in organizing team-building activities and company events, such as parties and festive celebrations.
  • Serve as a backup for other offices' counter support when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, reception, or customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service industries is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with effective time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Filipino; fluency in local Chinese is required as there may be opportunities to collaborate with our team in China.
  • Presentable appearance, pleasant personality, and a professional telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to various tasks and responsibilities.
