OD Intern

Job brief:

As an Organizational Development Intern at VentureDive, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR and OD teams to gain hands-on experience in the field of organizational development. This internship will provide you with a valuable learning experience, allowing you to contribute to projects that shape our company's culture, employee development, and overall success.

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong in MS Excel/Google Sheets, Strong Communication skills (confident, good accent and interpersonal skills). analytical project delivery + LMS (learning management system) experience is a big big plus.
• Personal Attributes: strong track record of personal learning/initiatives, Team player, shouldn't be egoistic at all and should definitely own his work and mistakes (blame game or unreliability is not welcomed at all)
