The OC Financial Support Analyst provides support to the Opportunity Consultant team by preparing cost models, pulling costs, running reports, assisting in tracking deliverables, and providing final pricing approvals to Sales and Deal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Create cost models for customer pricing. Working with Opportunity Consultants to create Customer and Country specific cost models for deals that require a profit and loss review prior to pricing approvals. This is for across all HPE’s business units and for management review and approvals.
  • Validate and input all cost adjustments into Cost Relief Tool (HPE Internal Tool) and provide monthly status reports back to procurement and CFOs. Alignment between actuals and suggested costs that will show in business unit P&L.
  • Model cost trends from across products and commodities. Alignment between actuals and suggested costs (Internal HPE Tool) to measure discounts across every supplier product to determine how much we need for future deals.
  • Prepare all reports for WW BU management showing Win/Loss Status. Financial planning, collation of reports, analysis of data and population of Management Dashboards
  • Have engagement with:
  • Opportunity Consultants – for instruction/guidance
  • Procurement – contract costs and special deals
  • Supply Chain leads – OBSO, Expedites, delivery concerns.
