Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day monitoring of the network mapping VS the operational reality
- Support the station opening process by assessing the requirements and proposing the optimal solution while working with all the relevant stakeholders (Finance, Linehaul, Operations)
- Perform analysis of our network capacity that will drive improvements and highlight opportunities. ( Speed and Cost efficiency)
- Responsible to maintain the integrity of the parameters related to our network ( E.G. transit Time, sort time, ETC.)
- Become the pivotal point between IT and OPS for our internal network regarding reporting and new IT innovation.
- Creates and maintains detailed, up-to-date technical documentation in a team repository.
- During Peak Season, Become the Command Center Trouble Shooting expert of the internal network
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Logistics Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Needs to be adaptable and a change catalyst.
- Need to be available for short-distance travel. (QC-ON region)
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
